Digital dictaphone with MP3 recording function
In contrast to other similar machines, Eltrinex VR-4 is able to make voice recordings directly to MP3 format which is very easy-to-use thanks to its high compatibility. You do not have to make any additional modifications or conversions.
Stereo recording using internal or external microphone
For short-distance recording you can use the internal stereo microphone. When recording in long distance from the source of the sound, you can use high sensitive "T" shape external strero microphone. If you don't like to use a mic, you can record directly from any audio source using the cable and VR-4's line-in input.
Recording options
This digital voice recorders allows to set many recording options and features.
AGC function: automatical correction of the volume makes the recording smoother.
VOR function: voice operated recording. Automatically pauses when no sound detected.
Recording presets: choices for recording in hall, outdoor, in a room or making an interview.
Recording quality: high (72 hours), medium (144 hours), normal (288 hours), low (1120 hours).
Timer recording: allows to set automatic recording based on clock.
Recordings and music playback
You can listen to your recordings using the iternal speaker or connecting earphones. Eltrinex VR-4 works also as a classic portable music player, so you can listen to any MP3 / WMA music uploaded using USB cable from you computer. For playback enhancement you can use the EQ presets, playback speed set or A-B repetition. ID3 Tags and lyrics are supported as well.
FM Tuner, recording
\r\nInternal FM Tuner allows you not only to listen to your favourite radio channel anywhere and any time, but also to record the actual radio broadcast directly to MP3.
Password protection
Your recordings can be safeguarded for the case when your VR-4 is stolen. If this function is set ON, you can set the 4 number PIN which is required every time you turn on the machine.
Recording from classic telephone set
With the phone recording set (which is included in the package) you can record phone calls made by your classic phone set. It is not needed to make any technical changes of your phone set. Easily conect the recording set between the telephone socket and the telephone set (using standard cables). This function is very useful e.g. for telemarketing sale or call-center support where there is highly needed to record incoming phone calls.
